The Withdrawal may have asobject all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Assets purchased.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a notice of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer or his representative acquires physical possession of the products purchased by signing the withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, personalized or that by their structure, can not be returned, risk to deteriorate rapidly or may be damaged. In the event that the product sold falls in one of the cases referred to in art. 59 described above, the Site will report this indication with the phrase "Right of withdrawal not applicable" both in the product sheet and in the pages of the purchase procedure and in the order confirmation emails. Customers are asked to always check the presence of this wording.

Following the correct exercise of the right of Withdrawal, the Customer will receive on the e-mail address declared during registration all the instructions to return the Products: the number of practice, the labeling to be applied to the packages, and the address to to return the Products (or contact details of a forwarder with whom to arrange collection).

Pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code, the return of the Products to the Seller must be made without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer has communicated his decision to withdraw. The date of receipt of the withdrawal notice by the Seller and the date of acceptance of the Product by the post office or the date of acceptance of the goods by a shipper will be considered valid.

If the Customer has exercised the right of Withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these conditions, the Seller, in accordance with art. 56, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, will fully reimburse the sums paid by the customer during the purchase, including shipping costs. The restitution of the sums will take place through the same instrument adopted by the Customer in the payment phase, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54 The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods or until the Customer has shown that he has returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
The consumer will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The returned goods must be returned in resale condition, preferably in their original packaging and complete with any accessories. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer is responsible for reducing the value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and verification of the functioning of the goods. In this case, the Vendor reserves the right to ask the user to recast the decrease in value established. Therefore, even if not provided for by law a form of insurance on the return of goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, we invite the customer to adopt it.


The Customer who wishes to cancel his Purchase Order may proceed to cancel it within the first 24 (twenty-four) hours from its issuance. After the first 24 hours, the cancellation of orders still in the payment phase will be allowed, as well as the cancellation - even partial - of the items ordered and not yet reached the "processing" phase (therefore still in the "acceptance" phase).

Cancellation in accordance with the terms set out in paragraph 8.1 will take place at no additional cost and Italian Design Outlet will refund the full amount paid to the Customer. For the status of the Order and the articles ordered, the indicated indication will prevail.


Deliveries are made to the postal address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure stored in the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the address provided. It will not be attributable to the Seller for errors in shipping or incorrect delivery of products due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion by the Customer of the purchase order.

Italian Design Outlet carries out deliveries all over the world. However, some products may not be available for delivery in all geographical areas. By pre-selecting the country based on the IP address, or via drop-down menus, the user is able to view the products on sale in each country and the related shipping costs. The shipping availability in the geographical area indicated by the user is always confirmed in the purchase form.

Delivery times are indicated on the Website in the form of a date range (minimum date-maximum date), taking into account the production times of the product and the delivery times of the goods. The Website calculates delivery times based on the customer's browser location and assumes that the payment is made by Credit Card (the fastest form of credit). Following the completion of the Order form with the details of the place of delivery and payment method, the Website will refine the delivery time calculation in real time. Deliveries are made by means of the shipper deemed most suitable for the type of goods and shipping area. Indicatively, shipping times vary from 2 to 5 working days for Italy, from 3 to 6 days for European countries and from 8 to 10 days for other destinations.

In case of payment by bank transfer, Italian Design Outlet will process the order only after verification of the payment crediting. Therefore, the delivery time indicated in the Order Summary email will be added to the waiting time of the accreditation.

The delivery will be made by courier in a time between 08.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday. The carrier will do n. 1 (one) attempt to deliver the Products in case of national shipments and n. 2 (two) delivery attempts in case of international shipments to the address indicated by the Customer. In case of absence at the first delivery the Carrier will leave a notice of passage at the address of the recipient showing the fact that an attempt was made to make a delivery (or two in the case of international shipments). After the unsuccessful attempt, the Carrier will contact Italian Design Outlet to agree the subsequent correct action in compliance with the provisions of art. 1690 c.c. The Products will be kept free in storage by the same Carrier for n. 5 (five) days (calendar). After further n. 20 (twenty) days (calendar) of stock the Order will be automatically canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. and Italian Design Outlet will reimburse to the Customer the value of the Order, except for the delivery costs and the subsequent custody / deposit, which will be charged to the Customer. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user by email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase or by bank transfer.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, the products sold by Italian Design Outlet provide for standard delivery to the street level. Italian Design Outlet does not provide the product installation service.

At the time of delivery, the presence of the Customer or a trusted person is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to what is indicated on the Order.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Customer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the Carrier, physically enters the property.

Italian Design Outlet will not be liable for damages to products or for any shipping delays that occurred after delivery to the Carrier responsible for their transport.

In case of defects immediately detectable on delivery, such as for example the number of packages not corresponding to the order or the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of picking up the goods) is required to make an immediate notification in writing to the Carrier (withdrawal with reserve) and to contact the Seller through the platform within 3 (three) working days from the delivery date.

For purchases where the country of the Seller sending the goods and the nation of the Customer receiving them are different, additional customs duties may be applied upon delivery of the goods. 


All the products sold are covered by the "Legal Guarantee" of Conformity provided for by art.128-132 of the Consumer Code.

The warranty on the product will be exercised in the ways and times provided by law directly from the manufacturer.

By virtue of the "Legal guarantee", the Manufacturer is responsible for the conformity defects that occur within 2 (two) years from the Delivery of the Product.

The legal guarantee provides that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, denounces to the Producer the eventual lack of conformity found in the product purchased within 2 (two) months from the discovery (Article 132, Consumer Code). Following this complaint, the Consumer will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to other rights provided by the law in favor of the Consumer.

Products that are repaired, modified or in any way altered by the user are excluded from the legal guarantee. Also excluded from the field of application of the Legal Guarantee any faults or malfunctions or other defects caused by accidental events or by the user's responsibility or by a use of the product that does not conform to its intended use and / or as provided in the documentation technique attached to the product, if any, or in the instructions for use relating thereto.

To exercise the warranty against the manufacturer, the customer can contact Italian Design Outlet by writing to info@italiandesignoutlet.it, which will be available to offer any useful information to exercise their rights.

Also the Professional Customer, as defined in the art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to use the legal guarantee provided for in the Civil Code. In this case, the Legal guarantee is valid for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the delivery of the Product and provides, if applicable, for notification to the Seller of any defect found in the product purchased within 8 (eight) days of discovery.

To take advantage of the Warranty, it is recommended to keep the purchase document.

RESPONSIBILITY OF Italian Design Outlet

Italian Design Outlet will not be liable in the event of loss of revenues, profits, data or any other indirect damage of any nature deriving from or otherwise connected to contracts subject to the General Conditions.

The responsibility of Italian Design Outlet for malfunctions of the platform such as: incorrect receipt of the purchase order confirmation by blocking the email service, cyber attack, denial of service can in no case be economically higher than the total value of the order of purchase made.

The responsibility of Italian Design Outlet in relation to the sale of products through the platform, subject to the hypothesis of willful misconduct or gross negligence, can never be higher than the price paid by the Customer.
